2. Business and contact details

Use your own legal name if you are a sole trader.
Include your experience, style, values and what makes your service distinctive.
Give a realistic guide, package range, minimum spend or hourly/day rate. This is for planning guidance and does not bind you to a final quote.

3. Areas served

For example: 40 miles or all of Norfolk and Suffolk.
List towns, counties or regions you regularly cover.

3. Venue or accommodation details

For example: hotel, barn, country house, registry venue or outdoor site.
State Yes/No and any restrictions.
In-house, approved list, dry hire or external caterers permitted.
Indoor/outdoor ceremony spaces, preparation rooms, dance floor, bar, power, toilets and wet-weather options.
